You can return the products you have purchased from GiovaneGentile.com within 30 days from the invoice date. You must send the product or products you want to return to us in its original packaging intact and with its invoice. Unpackaged, used or damaged products are not refundable. You have to send the product you want to return with our contracted Yurtiçi Cargo. Return request will be answered within 7 working days. If the product is faulty, the shipping fee will be covered by us. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. It is not possible to return products that require direct contact with the body (underwear). If the product has been invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice for the product should be issued by the relevant company.
According to the stock status of the products, when your order is approved, they are supplied and delivered to the cargo. In order for your order to be approved, the products you have purchased must be paid by credit card or money order. Approved orders will be delivered to cargo within 5 working days.
Any problem you may experience with the products you have purchased is evaluated by our relevant departments and resolved as soon as possible.
The following are the necessary conditions for product return. If any of these are missing, the product will not be accepted for returned.
1.Item to be Returned
a- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
b- The product to be returned must be delivered as received, complete and undamaged within 30 days.
2.Delivery Note and Invoice of the Product to be Returned (with all copies)
a- For the return process, the delivery note and invoice of the product must be sent.
a- If the product you want to return is faulty, the shipping fee will be covered by us if it is sent with the cargo we have agreed.
b- If the products are sent in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amount will be processed within 7 days. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank.
c- You can send the products you want to return with Yurtiçi Cargo free of charge. Our Yurtiçi Cargo Customer Code: 107230200
The product to be returned can be received by the contracted cargo companies. Returns and transportation costs of products that are received by any other cargo company will not be accepted.
General return conditions are as follows;
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
- The return of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (for example: products with a shipping label attached on the original box and banded with a cargo duct tape are not accepted), which have lost their resaleability feature and cannot be purchased by another customer, are not accepted.
- You must send a petition including the original delivery note and invoice (all copies) and the reason for the return, along with the product you want to return.
- If the product you want to return is faulty, the shipping fee will be covered by us. In this case, you need to send with contracted cargo. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
You can cancel your orders made by mistake or no longer want to order. If the product is not shipped in the cancellation process, the entire fee will be refunded by the method you performed the transaction. If the product has been shipped, the shipping fee will be deducted and returned.
